Barbara Waddell Obituary – 6/6/2013


Barbara Waddell, age 44, of Little Falls, died Thursday, June 6, 2013, at her home.

She was born Nov. 22, 1968, in Minneapolis, to Richard and the late Beverly (Heurung) Waddell.

Barb grew up and attended school in Howard Lake, where she graduated from high school in 1986. Barb later attended St. Cloud State University, and she worked various jobs in the metro area.

Barb loved visiting with family and friends, cooking, working on arts and crafts, solving crossword puzzles, and watching wrestling on TV. She also enjoyed fishing and spending time with her niece and nephew.

She volunteered a lot of her time and talent at various places like Ruby’s Pantry and the Morrison County Drop-In Center.

Barb was a very caring person who was loved by many and she will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her father, Richard ( fiancée Karen Przybilla) Waddell of Little Falls; sister Tammy (Mark) Hulett of Buffalo; niece and nephew Trent and Madison Hulett; and many aunts, uncles, and other family members.

Barb was preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Waddell; her mother, Beverly Waddell; and grandparents Philomena and Fred Heurung, and Margurite and Edwin Waddell.

Funeral services took place Tuesday, June 11 at 11 a.m. at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, with Father Nicholas Landsberger officiating. There was visitation for one hour prior to the service. Burial was in St. Peter’s Cemetery in Delano.

Funeral arrangements were with the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls.
