Jay Alson Webb, age 86, of Cokato, passed away at home Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013.
There will be a memorial service Monday, Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. at the Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home in Cokato.

Jay was born April 23, 1927, in Maine Prairie, MN, to Oscar and Blanche (Flindt) Webb.
He was married to Delphine Knoll for 60 years. They made their home in Cokato.
Jay worked for Stockholm Township doing road maintenance, Virgil Johnson’s Blacksmith Shop, Engel Trucking, and McCarthy Gravel.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 141 in Silver Lake, and a veteran of World War II.
Jay enjoyed fishing, playing cards, spending time with family and friends, eating ice cream with the grandchildren, and having coffee with the guys at Holt Truck Center.
He is survived by his children, Jay Jr. (Cecilia) Webb, Conrad (Shari) Webb, Lyle (Jane) Webb, Debbie (Bob) Mochinske, and Loren Webb; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three sisters and two brothers: Vera (Art) Donnay, Carl Webb, Ardis (Harold) Schreiner, Clinton Webb, and Carol (Larry) Walz.
Jay was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Blanche; wife Delphine; sister Loretta; and brother Richard.
