Julie Anne Dukhorn, age 43, of Winsted, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis.
A memorial service will take place Monday, June 16 at 5 p.m. at the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted with Father Paul Schumacher officiating.

Julie was born May 8, 1971, in Waconia, the daughter of Douglas J. and Phyllis A. (Kohler) Dukhorn.
She graduated from Lester Prairie High School in 1989, and from Minot State University in 1994.
Julie was employed as a analyzer for Starkey Lab in Glencoe for 19 years.
She enjoyed scrapbooking, card making, movies, reading, swimming, and any activities with her nieces and nephews.
Julie is survived by her mother, Phyllis Dukhorn of Winsted; sisters Melissa Goldschmitz and Susan Dukhorn, both of Winsted, and Shantel (Steve) Collins of Winthrop; nieces and nephews Paige and Ethan, and Maya-Lily and Devon; grandmothers Elizabeth “Betty” Dukhorn, and Dolores Kohler, both of Winsted; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas J. Dukhorn; and grandfathers, John Dukhorn and Kenneth Kohler.
