Jack O. Jobe, age 76, of Montrose, died Monday, Feb. 17, 2014, at the Elim Home in Watertown.
He was born April 6, 1937, in Devils Lake, ND, to Oswald and Elizabeth (Birch) Jobe.
Jack enjoyed fishing, and he especially loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Karla Jobe Biersdorf, Kristie Jobe and Curt Trude, Richard and Becky Jobe; 10 grandchildren: Tommy, Bradley, Matthew, Samantha, Dillion, Whitney, Kimberly, Joe, Stephanie, and Corey; three great-grandchildren: Rorey, Lily and Laila; siblings Marvin, Paul (Helen), Larry (Pokcha), and Frank Jobe, and Bernice Hensley; a very close friend, Marvin McNeese; as well as many other friends and extended family.
Memorial services took place Saturday, Feb. 22 at Iten’s Watertown Funeral Home at 7:30 p.m., preceded by a gathering of family and friends from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Arrangements were handled by the Iten’s Watertown Funeral Home.
