Elaine Marie (Blodgett) Opsahl, age 79, of Kingston, passed peacefully at the Cokato Manor Monday, July 21, 2014.
She was born July 7, 1935, in Waverly, to Helen and Lyle Blodgett.
Elaine married Don Opsahl July 3, 1954. They raised their daughters, Carol and Susie, in Columbia Heights, before moving to Kingston in 1974.

She was a member of Johnson Kelly Post 483 Auxiliary of Kingston, and happily spent countless hours volunteering at the Kingston Community Center for their annual fish fry and turkey dinners.
Elaine absolutely adored her family, and visits from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren always made her day.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don; and her parents.
Elaine is survived by her siblings, Gene, Glenn, and Judy; daughters Carol and Susie; grandchildren Jamie, Jedidiah, Krista, and Tayler; and five great-grandchildren, Blake, Jozey, Syler, Jamieson, and Zayn.
