Angela “Angie” Catherine Van Lith, age 91, of Delano, passed on to eternal life Dec. 26, 2014.
She was born July 31, 1923, in Delano, to Joseph and Angeline (Schaust) Muckenhirn.
Angie was a lifelong resident of the community of Delano, and was very active in church activities, the American Legion, and the Red Cross.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Casey; and an infant son.
Angie is survived by her four children: sons Dave (Gail) Van Lith, Steve (Penny) Van Lith, and Bob (Linda) Van Lith; daughter Katie Hal; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial took place Saturday, Jan. 3 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church in Delano.
Visitation was Friday, Jan. 2 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Martha’s Hall of St. Peter Catholic Church in Delano, and continued Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the church, with a 9 a.m. rosary service. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Arrangements were with the Iten Funeral Home in Delano.
