Connie R. Carrigan, age 51, of Lester Prairie, passed away Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015, at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
She was born Jan. 5, 1964, in Minneapolis, the daughter of Howard and Mary (Cooper) Albrecht.
Connie was formerly employed at NordicTrac, Dura Supreme, and at Lester’s Inc.
She enjoyed fishing, boating and garage sales. Connie especially enjoyed her grandkids.
She is survived by two daughters, Mandy Carrigan (Mike) of Dassel, and Missy Carrigan (Tyler) of Hutchinson; grandchildren Hunter, James, Ryan and Alexis; special friend Robyn Turner of Lester Prairie; siblings Russell (Becky) Albrecht of Hutchinson, Kevin Albrecht (friend Lou) of White Sulpher Springs, MT, Jonathan (Chris) Albrecht of Brownton, and Donald (Kim) Albrecht of Hutchinson; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Mary Albrecht; and by her former husband, Tim Carrigan.
A memorial service took place Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. at the Maresh Funeral Home in Silver Lake, with Pastor Tom C. Rakow officiating. Urn bearers were Mandy Carrigan and Missy Carrigan. Interment followed at Bohemian National Cemetery.
There was a time of gathering one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
