Delores Grace Larson, 82, of Annandale, formerly of Cokato and Minneapolis, passed away Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015, at the Annandale Care Center.
She was born Dec. 30, 1932, in Cokato, the daughter of Oscar and Grace (Thune) Norman. Delores grew up on the family farm in Stockholm Township, south of Cokato.
In 1952, she married Gerald Larson of Annandale, and they raised their three children, Angela Burke (Terry), Debra Larson, and Timothy Larson (Jeanette), in Minneapolis.
Following retirement, Gerald and Delores returned to Annandale, where they built a home on several acres of Jerry’s original family farm on Camp Lake in Albion Township.
In addition to her husband and children, Delores is also survived by her grandsons, Ben (Missy), Andrew, Tony (Maddie), and Dan; and great grandchildren Max, Hannah, Emily, Grady, and Charlie; and a brother, Dr. Carl Norman, of Houston, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters Pearl Norman and Ruth Lindahl (Ernie).
Services took place Friday, Feb. 27 at 1 p.m. at Mt. Hermon Lutheran Church in Albion Township.
