Mya Rammel, 3 mo.

Mya Ruth Rammel, age 3 months, went home to the loving arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015, after a brief illness that led to cardiac arrest, at the Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis, surrounded by her loving family.

“But our citizenship is in Heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.” – Philippians 3:20

Mya was born seven weeks premature, Sept. 20, 2015, in St. Cloud, to John T. and Stephanie A. (Olson) Rammel.

She is survived by her parents, John and Stephanie of Sartell, MN; brothers, Avner and Ian; maternal grandparents, Alan and Nancy Olson of Dassel; paternal grandparents, Tom and Yvonne Rammel of Cokato; great-grandmothers, Ruth Geary of Owatonna; Dee Rammel of Denver, CO; uncles and aunts, Mark (Alice) Rammel of St. Cloud; Michelle (Michael) Cox of Rochester; and Lisa (Jonathan) Rollins of Hutchinson.

Mya was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Joseph Rammel, Marlowe Geary, Norris and Evangeline “Vannie” Olson, and Willard and Dorothy Nordberg.

Funeral services took place Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015 at 5 p.m. at Calvary Community Church in St. Cloud. Rev. Matthew Molesky officiated. Visitation was from 3 to 5 p.m. at the church Wednesday.

Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home in St. Cloud.
