Megan Joan Boss, age 27, of Montrose, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 24, 2017.
A celebration of Megan’s life will take place Saturday, July 1 at 11 a.m. at St. James Lutheran Church in Howard Lake.
There will be a gathering of family and friends Friday, June 30 from 4 to 7 p.m., with 6:30 p.m. prayer, at Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home in Howard Lake; and continue Saturday at the church, one hour prior to the service.

Megan was born March 8, 1990, in St. Louis Park, to Marty and Joan (Glessing) Boss. She was baptized and confirmed at St. James Lutheran Church in Howard Lake.
Megan attended Howard Lake High School, and graduated from Buffalo High School in 2009. She was pursuing a nursing degree at St. Cloud Technical College.
The love of Megan’s life was her son, Marshall. She enjoyed the ocean, the beach, and turtles. Megan also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Marvin Glessing.
Megan will be forever loved and remembered by her son, Marshall; parents, Joan and Marty; brother, Jacob; grandparents, Delores Glessing, and Jim and Darlene Boss; as well as her many aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
