Nona Kristine Revard, age 49, of Cokato, was called home to heaven Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at her home, in the arms of her husband.
A celebration of her life will take place Monday, May 15 at 4 p.m. at Evangelical Covenant Church in Dassel.
There will be visitation Sunday, May 14 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church.
Nona was born June 15, 1967, in St. Paul, to Gregory and Carol Thoen.
She graduated high school in Aitkin.
Nona was united in marriage to Shannon Revard Aug. 27, 1988, and was blessed with two daughters.
Nona was a daycare provider to many children throughout her life, whom she loved as if they were her own.
She enjoyed spending time with her family at their cabin in Canada, taking long drives with her husband, and doting on her grandbabies.
Nona will be forever remembered by her family and the countless lives she has touched. She was loved dearly, and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Shannon Revard of Cokato; daughters Breanna (Daniel) Landrus of Buffalo, and Taylor (Joshua) Roles of Cokato; mother Carol Thoen of Aitkin; sisters Desiree (Charles) Heppner, and Debbie (Robert) Engh; brother Daniel (Lora) Thoen; and three grandsons: Everett Landrus, Emmett Landrus, and Gilbert Roles.
Nona was preceded in death by her father, Gregory Thoen.
