Timothy R. Ward Obituary – 5/26/2017


Timothy (Tim) R. Ward, age 51, of Delano, passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 26, 2017.

Memorial services will take place Saturday, June 3 at the Buffalo American Legion at 11 a.m., with a gathering of family and friends from 9 to 11 a.m., prior to the services.

Arrangements are with the Iten Funeral Home in Delano.

Tim will be remembered for his love of his family, his big heart, and his sarcastic sense of humor. He loved spending time with his family.

His hobbies included fishing, riding ATVs, shooting guns, camping, playing video games, and going to concerts with his kids.

Tim is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Toni (Tabor); children: Nathan and fiancée Hollie Schwartz, Emily (Brandon) Grinnell, and Alex and special friend Rachel Dalbec; parents Bobby and Amy Ward; and siblings Dan (Monica) Ward, Jenny Ward (Travis Williams), Angie (frodo) Ward, Gary (gman) Porter, Stacy (Jason) Graeber, Brianna Ward, and Brittany (Nick) Berge.

He is further survived by parents-in-law Derwin and Dianne Tabor; brother-in-law Steve (Sandy) Tabor; sister-in-law Tracy McGibbon; nieces and nephews: Ben and Grace Ward, Taila Ward, Reiss and Bhodi Williams, Raina, Grady (festus) Miller, and Baya Graeber, Lito and Tristan Castellon, Wyatt and Waylon Berge, Sam Tabor, and Cassandra and Nick Dongoski; many other relatives; and his beloved dogs, Scruffy and Gizmo.
