Levi W. Wuollet, 18

Levi William Wuollet, 18, of Dassel, MN was called to his heavenly home Monday, June 5, 2017 unexpectedly while swimming in the Crow River.

Levi was born Jan. 28, 1999 in Buffalo, MN the 12th of 13 children to Riitta Liisa Wuollet and David William Wuollet.

Levi was a dear son, brother, uncle, and friend, who always had a smile on his face. Our dear Levi loved downhill skiing, waterskiing, swimming, boating, camping, and doing many other activities with his family and friends.

Levi loved all his siblings immeasurably. Levi’s life was blessed with many dear friends, who were such an important part of his life.

Levi enjoyed rock collecting, reading, technology, and computers. Levi worked his junior and senior year at Forsman Farms in Howard Lake and had just started a new job at Stellar Trim as a trim carpenter.

Levi graduated from Dassel-Cokato High School June 4, 2017. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and loved ones.

Levi is survived by his parents Riitta Wuollet of Dassel, and David (Stacey) Wuollet of Otsego, MN; siblings: Kevin (Renae) Wuollet, Menahga, Bryan (Lisa) Wuollet, Palmer, AK, Sonja (Seth) Oberg, Cokato, Renee (Jose) Mendoza, Cokato, Shane (Elizabeth) Wuollet, Wasilla, AK, Amber (Ryan) Laulainen, Big Lake, AK, Karlo (Katelyn) Wuollet, Buffalo, Jacob Wuollet, Dassel, Abbey Wuollet, Eden Prairie, Anika (Tanner) Collette, Williston, ND, Teena (Daniel) Siltala, Cokato, and Quincy Wuollet, Dassel.

He is further survived by 31 nieces and nephews, grandparents Pekka and Laina Marjanen of Litchfield, and Eva Wuollet of Cokato, and many relatives and friends

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Donald Wuollet, and aunts Cynthia Aho, and Tina Wuollet.

Funeral services were Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at 10 a.m. at Laestadian Lutheran Church of Cokato (16144 20th Street SW., Cokato, Minnesota) with visitation Tuesday, June 13 from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, at the church with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Interment was at the Cokato Finnish Cemetery.

Arrangements were provided by Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cokato and Howard Lake.
