Dorianna (“Dori”) J. Haller, age 81, of Waverly, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday, June 11 at 11 a.m. at the Church of St. Mary in Waverly. There will be visitation in the church parish center from 9 to 10:45 a.m., prior to the Mass. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Arrangements are with the Iten Funeral Home in Delano.
Dori was born Jan. 23, 1937, in Minneapolis, to Jack and Helen Edeskuty.
A longtime resident of Waverly, Dori was also a longtime member of St. Mary Catholic Church, where she taught religious education for over 40 years.
She enjoyed doing puzzles, coloring, and anything art-related. Dori loved to talk about her family and spend time with them.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Greg; son Michael Olk; grandson Elliot Olk; her parents, Jack and Helen Edeskuty; sister Nonie Parks; brother Joseph Edeskuty; and brothers-in-law Robert Weiberg and Goff Parks.
Dori is survived by her children, Steven (Wanda) Olk, Robert Olk, John (Gwenn) Haller, and Michele (Michael) Stevens; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her loving friend, Laura Hoiland and family; and her dog, Olaf.
