Linda Sue Robins, age 77, of Dassel, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018, with family and loved ones by her side.
Linda was born April 17, 1940, in Kentucky, to Thomas and Beth Neva Cannon. Her family, which included two sibling sisters, moved to Indianapolis, IN when Linda was a young child.
Linda married William Black in Indiana, and they had four children; a daughter, and three sons. The family moved to California in the late 1950s,
Linda was married to Donald Robins in 1972. In 1994, she and Don came to Dassel to be closer to family. The following year, Don passed away due to health complications, leaving Linda a widower.
Linda loved to read books, cook, and she was an awesome mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kandy Black of Paynesville; and sons, Tom Black (Stephanie) of Dassel, David Black (Debbie) of Upland, CA, and Randy Black of Mason City, IA.
In addition to her husband, Don, Linda was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters Charlene, and June.
There will be no services; a private burial will take place at a later date with family.
