Kim Wesley Wright, age 66, of Buffalo, formerly of Montrose, passed away Friday, Aug. 10, 2018.
He was born Sept. 25, 1951, in Montrose, the son of Arthur C. and Eleanor (Bodin) Wright.
Kim graduated from Buffalo High School in 1969.
He loved the game of softball at one time, he was playing in eight leagues at the same time. He also coached little league baseball.
Kim was formerly employed as a manufacturing supervisor.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Wright; sons Nicholas (Wendy Ruff) Wright, and Adam Wright, all of Buffalo; four grandchildren: Sommer, Taylor, Madison and Jordyn; a brother, Dale (Wilma “Willie”) Wright of Inver Grove Heights; and many other relatives and friends.
Kim was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica “Jess” Wright, in 1999; his father, Art Wright, in 1960; a brother, Daniel Wright, in 1992; his mother, Eleanor Wright, in 1993; and by a brother, Gary Wright, in 1998.
A Celebration of Life took place Wednesday, Aug. 22 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Carver Softball Field in Montrose.
The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo served the family.
