Milton Thorseth, 73

Milton A. Thorseth, 73, of Murdock, MN, died on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Visitation will take place 6 to 8 p.m. at Bethesda Lutheran Church north of Murdock, on Monday, Aug. 8, 2022, and will continue, Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2022, from 1 to 2 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. Interment will be at the Bethesda Lutheran Church Cemetery. Zniewski Funeral Home of Benson is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Milton Arthur Thorseth, was born March 10. 1949 at the hospital in Benson MN, the son of Kermit and Blanche Thorseth of rural Murdock.

He was baptized and confirmed at Bethesda Lutheran Church where he was a lifelong member.  He attended school in Murdock and graduated from Murdock High School in 1967. He attended University of Minnesota-Morris where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.

Milton worked for Sterner Lighting in Winsted MN, and later for Dura Supreme in Howard Lake, until his retirement.

He enjoyed tennis, golf, volleyball, reading, and fantasy football. He loved visiting with friends and relatives. He was called from this life on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at the St. Cloud Hospital. He attained the age of 73 years, 4 months, and 13 days.

He is survived by his brother Ron Thorseth of Murdock; nieces Brenna Russo and Shareen Stommes; Nephews Michael Thorseth, Matthew Thorseth, and Troy Kraemer; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Kermit and Blanche, and his brother Kenneth. Blessed be his memory.
