Jacqueline Lee Carlock, 58, of Hopkins, MN, passed away peacefully Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, at Homeward Bound – Atwood in Hopkins.
She was born Aug. 12, 1964, in St. Louis Park, MN, to her parents, the late David and Judith Carlock (Ojanpera).
She attended Michael Dowling School.
Then, she enjoyed 38 years at Workabilities, Inc., in Golden Valley, MN.
Jackie enjoyed spending time with family, caregivers, and fellow residents at Homeward Bound.
Jackie is survived by her brother, Todd; aunt, Denise; and cousins.
The family expresses gratitude and will never forget the hospice and staff at Homeward Bound for the comfort they gave her, and the tenderness and sensitivity they all exhibited at the end of her life.
A memorial service will take place Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home, 655 Broadway Ave. S., Cokato, MN, 55321.
