Adrian Montano Medina, 20, of Lester Prairie, MN, passed away Monday, March 20, 2023.
A Mass of Christian burial took place Saturday, March 25, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the Church of St. Pius X in Glencoe, MN, with interment at the Lester Prairie City Cemetery in Lester Prairie.
Visitation took place Friday, March 24, 2023, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Paul-McBride Funeral Chapel in Lester Prairie, with a prayer service taking place at 7 p.m. at the chapel. Visitation was also one hour prior to the service at the church.
Clergy who officiated: Father John Hayes.
Pianist: Denise Lueders.
Special music: The Spanish Choir, “Entre Tus Manos,” “Espero en Ti,” “Vision Pastoral,” and “Oye el Llamado.”
Adrian Montano Medina was born Sept. 4, 2002, in Glencoe. He was the son of Crecencio Montano Cervantes and Angelina Medina Sanchez.
Adrian was baptized as an infant in the Catholic faith, and was later confirmed as a youth in the Catholic faith, both in Mexico.
Adrian received his education in Lester Prairie, and was a graduate of the Lester Prairie High School class of 2021.
Adrian was employed at Dura Supreme Cabinetry in Howard Lake, MN.
He enjoyed listening to music, playing football, and spending time with his family and his friends. Blessed be his memory.
Adrian is survived by his: parents, Crecencio Montano Cervantes and Angelina Medina Sanchez; siblings, Arturo Montano Medina, Veronica Montano Medina, Cecilia Montano Medina, and Angelica Montano Medina; grandmother, Benita Sanchez Vazquez; aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
Adrian is preceded in death by his grandparents, Genaro Montano, Ciro Medina, and Heriberta Cervantes.
