Does your vehicle need a check up?

If you have a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) with Minnesota license plates, you are required to have your vehicle inspected once a year. Interstate, private and for-hire trucks are also subject to safety regulation by Mn/DOT and the Minnesota State Patrol (although there are some exemptions from some requirements).

Get your vehicle ready for the road

Display your safety

If your heavy truck passes inspection, we will issue a decal that is valid for one year. You must display this current Minnesota inspection decal on your vehicle.
